Many Needed
USDA offers many jobs in varying fields beyond grading meat & cheeses. Not to discredit the jobs of grading meats & cheeses… it’s a very honorable profession, if I do say so myself. I’m sure if I hadn’t gone into advertising, I may have considered a profession in grading meats & cheeses. It’s just that there are more jobs beyond grading meats & cheeses… that’s all I’m saying.
