To promote, convert, and retain customers for a new rheumatoid arthritis (RA) drug, I was tasked to design several digital materials that would launch to the market pre and post reveal of the medicine. A series of unbranded web banners were designed and produced to gather a self-subscribed mailing lists.

A two email approach to ensure customers are engaged with the product. The first phase was an email targeted to those whose previous prescriptions were no longer effective and needed a different approach to treating their RA. Conversion emails were created to target these individuals to ask their doctors about prescribing XELJANZ. Once on the medicine, to ensure effectiveness, retention emails would be sent to patients to ensure they adhered to the prescription protocol.
